Alyce Harris RCDP, delivers exceptional Careers provision for students and Senior Leaders and holds the Level 6 diploma in Careers Leadership along with the Level 6 Career Guidance Development diploma and has a proven track record of success.

Through working closely with Senior Leaders in education to leverage collaboration within their teams and develop strategic solutions, A.S.K Careers uses a data driven, strategic approach to embed holistic education at the heart of the student experience.

A.S.K Careers also provides Executive Coaching to Senior Leaders within education to enhance their skills and strategic thinking, resulting in maximum whole school impact.

Achievements include:

· Winner of the UpReach Student Social Mobility Award 2023

· South East Midlands Careers Hub Ambassador, providing CPD and Coaching to Careers Leaders and Senior Leaders within the South East region.

· Published articles within the CDI Magazine Careers Matters.

· Delivered CPD at the National Careers Leaders Conference.

· Experience of CEIAG focused Ofsted inspections.

· Achieved the Quality in Careers Standard for two large secondary schools.
